Registrations are still being accepted for the Bill Riley Talent Search slated for Saturday, June 8, as part of the Bell Tower Festival. Cash prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place winners in both the Sprout and the Senior divisions. First place winners will qualify to compete at the Iowa State Fair in August.
Solo acts or acts with up to five performers will compete in two age divisions: Sprouts, for ages 2-12; and Seniors, for ages 13-21. Acts should be no longer than three minutes long. One winning act in each division will be selected to compete at the Iowa State Fair.

The Bill Riley Talent Search will begin at 5 pm on the Plaza Stage on the south side of the courthouse in Jefferson.
“The Bill Riley Talent Search is a wonderful Iowa tradition that gives performers a chance to showcase their talents and gain important experience on stage,” said local show coordinator Tori Riley. “We’re looking forward to an entertaining show.”
